Following the non-stop gales and rain which persisted from Wednesday to Saturday, the weather could hardly have been more different today: I awoke to beautiful sunshine and clear blue skies. Today, I did two circuits of the Beveridge Park in Kirkcaldy. I had a vague aspiration to do a bit more than that, but my feet were getting sore towards the end of my second circuit and I now have a painful blister on my heel.
